A crime, a suspicion, an incident, a threat, something they suspect, something that scares them. Without fearing someone will retaliate against them for telling. It is simple, safe and is totally and absolutely anonymous
Our Special Education team at Mission Meadows is well known for their incredible work. As is our Principal, Dr. Porter, who received an award for Outstanding Administrator for Special Education last year. We are preparing to celebrate everyone's abilities at our annual Ability Awareness Week starting September 26th. This years theme is "Lean on Me."
Calling all artists! PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home. Students of all grades and abilities may participate and explore the arts based on the 2016-2017 theme, What's Your Story?
It could be photography, dance, film, literature, music, art..... It's your story, so tell it artistically however you express yourself. Projects are due October 15th. There will be school, district and national recognition for outstanding works, especially for projects that best represent this years theme.

|MakerLab is an open forum, student centered environment powered by prototyping and making things. This educational lab will serve as an incubator for ideas to evolve.|
If you are a parent passionate about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art or Math), you may have a new volunteer opportunity at Mission Meadows to get excited about. There will be an ongoing need to keep this new space stocked and ready for our students to grow. Below is a link to a list of currently needed items, this list will update and change as needs change.

The movie will be outdoors on our big screen. Bring your blankets and low back chairs. There will be popcorn as well as other snacks and drinks for sale.
Emergency cards were due on August 17th. Parents are responsible to keep current contact information available for school staff in case of emergency. If you have not already done so, your first step is to do the “Data Confirmation.” This is when you read and verify all required documents at the beginning of each year. ALL PARENTS are responsible to know how to log onto Parent Portal.
